If your item is significantly different to what was described in the product listing:
- Go to "My Orders" in your Catch account and click on the relevant purchase.
- Click on "Show Order Details".
- Use the “Contact Seller” button.
From there you can raise an incident with the third party seller and request a refund or replacement product.
They will normally respond to you within 2 business days of the incident being raised. If you do not get a response from them within this time frame, you may click on "Submit a request" below this article for further assistance.
