If you have made a purchase on Catch and want to confirm the order has been successful, the first thing to do is check your account following the steps below:
- Sign-in to Catch
- Go to ‘My Account’ at the top of the page
- Click ‘My Orders’
Your order will appear in your account as soon as it has been placed successfully.
If you believe you have been charged, but can’t find an order in your account, please click on ‘Submit a request’ icon below and provide the following information, so that we can quickly determine what the error might be caused by;
- The date the purchase was made
- The product or brand name you have purchased
- The name exactly as it appears on the credit card used at the time of purchase
If payment made via PayPal, please provide the following information;
- The email address registered to your PayPal account
- The value of the order
- The date the purchase was made
