When products leave our warehouse you will be emailed a dispatch notification showing the items that have been dispatched and any others that are still being processed.
We have multiple warehouses and some items in your order may be located in a different warehouses. This means that you may receive multiple parcels for items purchased in the same order.
If you have not received your order within the specified time frame, please let us know and our staff will be happy to lodge an investigation with the courier company on your behalf to track down your parcel.
Please note: The investigation process can take up to 30 days to resolve. Once our team receives an outcome from the courier company we'll be in contact with you immediately with a resolution.
