To view all of your orders, all you need to do is login to your Catch account using the following steps:
- Go to www.catch.com.au and login to your account.
- Go to ‘My Account’ at the top of the page.
- Click on 'My Orders'.
Here, you can view your current and old orders, download invoices and request a return authorisation.
To view or print an invoice:
- Click on "Show Order Details".
- Click on the square with three dots.
- Click on "Download Invoice".
If you still can't find your order, but believe you have been charged for it, please contact us via the "submit a request" link below and we will be happy to look into this for you. It is possible that you used a different email address to make your order (for example; your work email address instead of your personal account). In any case, our Customer Service Team will help you track it down.
Invoices for items purchased from Marketplace sellers (third parties) based outside Australia will have two components. The invoice for the product component will be provided by the seller. The invoice for the GST component can be requested from Catch.
If you are unable to locate the order in your account history, there is a chance that your order may not have been successfully completed. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the items will still be available if your order is placed later – they sell out fast!
