We understand that the item you ordered may not be what you expected once it arrives. Our Customer Service team is happy to offer a suitable resolution if you're unhappy with the quality of the product or it's not quite what you were expecting**.
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Sign-in to Catch and go to "My Account"
- Click on "My Orders" to see your purchase history
- Find the relevant order number and click on the "Request Return" button
Fill in the returns form and click "Submit Request"

**Please note that if a product has been correctly sent to you, as per your order, a return under these circumstances would fall under our change of mind policy. See more here.
Once your request is approved for return, it's easy to send your item/s back to us:
Please keep in mind the following conditions for returns. Your return request will be considered only where the item in question is:
- returned within 28 days of order;
- not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging); and
- not damaged in any way*.
- In original sealed packaging. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken. Any products returned without proper sealed packaging will be rejected under change of mind
*When returning your item, please wrap the box with plastic or paper and do not affix any tape to the product packaging.
For change of mind returns, we will provide you with a store credit less the delivery fee. Refunds are only offered where the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly advertised.
Please note: Change of mind returns are not accepted for intimates, which includes underwear, hosiery, socks, swimwear and adult toys due to hygienic reasons. Remedies for defective goods are still available (click here).
