Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel, change or update the details of your order.
If you have made a mistake, you may contact us via phone within minutes of placing the order to see if we can assist, however this is not guaranteed.
Please note, our warehouse use automatic systems that can not be stopped once an order is placed. This is to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner.
In the event we are unable to cancel or edit your order, the order will be delivered to the address indicated on the order confirmation. Once you have received your order you may lodge a return request via your Catch account.
