I have store credit on my Brands Exclusive/The Home Account, will it be transferred over?
During the transition of data, your store credit has been transferred over to your new Catch account. When you log into your account, the balance and expiry of the store credit is found under ‘My Account’. If you are unable to view this, please let us know and we can look into this for you. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
