You may notice that once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, the tracking information will appear as invalid. In most cases, you will see an update from Australia Post stating 'Shipping Information Approved'.
Catch Group dispatches over 10,000 parcels every day from our warehouse in Melbourne, and to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible, all orders will be sent directly to the parcel sorting facility in your state before being scanned in to the Australia Post system. This may result in a small delay before the tracking information for your parcel is updated.
If you notice that your tracking information has not been updated, we kindly ask that you wait the required number of days for your state as per the list below for the tracking of your order to begin.
- VIC: 1-2 business days
- NSW: 2-4 business days
- SA: 2-3 business days
- QLD: 2-4 business days
- WA: 4-6 business days
- TAS: 1-2 business days
- NT: 4-6 business days
- ACT: 2-3 business days
Once your parcel arrives in your state you can use your tracking number to follow the delivery of your order from the parcel facility straight to your delivery address.
