- If you have already initiated a “Return Request” with the seller, please follow these steps:
- Go to ‘My Account’
- Click on ‘My Orders’ (Catch App: ‘Order History’)
- Click on ‘Show order details’ beneath the selected order (Catch App: click on order)
- Click on the Return Request ID
- Select ‘Upload Image’
- If you have not yet initiated a return request or have only sent a “General Inquiry”
Please create a “Return Request” by following these steps and include the images required.
