Once a refund has been processed by Catch, your ZipPay account will be credited with the
agreed refund amount. The funds will then applied towards any outstanding balance on your account.
If the refund amount puts your ZipPay account into a credit and would like the funds returned to your credit card, you will need to contact ZipPay directly for them to process your request.
